Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Energy and Power Development has endorsed the upcoming Southern Africa Eco-Infrastructure Summit (SAIES), scheduled for 15 – 17 July in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.

Taking place under the theme Reimagining Southern Africa’s Future: AI-Driven Eco-Infrastructure for Sustainable Real Estate and Development, the two-day event unites real estate professionals, regulators, investors and stakeholders across the real estate value chain to explore opportunities in sustainable real estate and eco infrastructure across Southern Africa.

This year’s edition will feature high-level panel discussions, exhibition, networking sessions, project showcases and deal signings, focusing on critical topics including decarbonization, capital mobilization, public-private sector partnerships, smart infrastructure and digitalization.

The Ministry of Energy and Power Development’s endorsement aligns with Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030 national agenda aimed at maximizing green infrastructure development for sustainable economic growth.

As the Lead Policy Ministry and Co-Host, the Ministry of Energy and Power Development, Zimbabwe will participate in critical discussions and event initiatives exploring, showcasing and maximizing opportunities for global players within Zimbabwe and the regional real estate sector. SAIES will drive multi-sectoral partnerships to optimize capital flow and fast track infrastructure rollout in support of Zimbabwe’s economic growth agenda.
